There was a recent bill to prohibit pesticide testing on people. It's interesting to note that the group who thought lynching was just fine and dandy are mostly included in the list of those who think that pesticide testing using human subjects is a good idea. Those below who voted Nay are all GOP. The lynch mob had a few Democrats up until the last.
